Cloud My Visit is extremely easy to use and does not require any special technical knowledge. When visitors log in, the system securely collects visitor information and displays sensitive data such as the Turkish ID number by encrypting it. When the visitor logs out, all data is automatically deleted, preventing unnecessary storage of data. The system is designed for everyone to use with its user-friendly interface and simple process steps.

Visitor Security and Data Protection

Visitor security is one of the top priorities of Cloud My Visit. The application attaches great importance to the protection of personal data when collecting visitor information. Sensitive information such as visitors' names and Turkish ID numbers are only kept in the system in an anonymized form and this data is completely deleted when the visitor exits. This feature allows businesses to operate in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and provides a strong defense mechanism against data breaches.

Extra Personnel Management

We are aware of the sudden increase in your business's workforce needs during busy periods. In such cases, the supplier companies that you will provide personnel to upload the necessary work documents of the planned personnel to the system via the CloudMy Visit panel specially designed for them and specify their working hours. A notification is sent to the Human Resources department for each personnel defined in the system and the approval process begins. Persons who are not approved are reported to the Security department and cannot enter the business. In this way, it takes the business to the next level both legally and in terms of security.

Manager Tracking

We ensure that all managers who are involved in the management of your business enter and exit the business without any card reading.
